EADGENE 25K Pig 70-mer oligonucleotide set

INRA (France) and Aarhus University (Denmark) have produced pig microarrays, which have been available since March 2008.

25,210 long oligonucleotides (70 mers) have been designed by C. Bendixen’s team and synthesized by the company Isogen Life Science at a rate of 10 nmol. About 200 pmoles have been sent to CRB GADIE to provide EADGENE partners with these microarrays. The 25K Pig arrays are printed at single spot. At each spotting session, 72 microarrays will be produced: 10 slides will be used for quality controls or conserved in CRB GADIE and 62 will be distributed.
