A Technology Transfer Officer bridges the gap between scientific results and industrial needs, for example by facilitating the determination and the development of applications for/of the project. Over 60 industrial groups, and other private and public organisations, are able to provide advice and help focus the efforts of the Network through the EADGENE Club of Interest. Representatives of both science and industry promote a two-way technology transfer process between EADGENE scientists and industry, as part of the Technology Transfer Working Party. A knowledge Management Working Party advises the Network on the wider dissemination of research results.
